衛生管理者
衛生管理者は労働安全衛生法という法律により定められた国家資格です。就労中の労働災害や、労働者の健康障がいを防止することです。 事業場の衛生管理や労働者の健康管理はもちろん、労働者への衛生教育や衛生委員会の運営も、衛生管理者の仕事になります。衛生管理者の仕事は大変な一方で、労働者の健康を守るという大きなやりがいがあります。様々な労働の問題が公然となっている企業の現場において、衛生管理者の働きにより劣悪な労働環境を改善できる可能性があります。
